For 30 years, I have been a part of leadership teams at Fortune 500 companies, boutique companies, philanthropic organizations, and community service agencies. My experiences in change management, strategy and innovation, disciplined decisions, leading and managing complex teams and program portfolios have informed my approach and ability to design and create.
Six years ago, I attended a “Discover Your Strengths Workshop” where I watched myself and team members transform into their strengths zone. I decided in that moment to get certified Gallup–Certified Strengths Coach, wanting to help people and teams accomplish great things by uncovering their unique talents to achieve their goals.
