I am a deep listener who reflects the gifts and strengths in others and helps them to remove the barriers to becoming the best versions of themselves. MEET LAURA KATZ
I am a certified Executive Leadership and Life Transition Coach, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a trained facilitator and social worker who helps bring individuals and teams to the next level of performance. I joyfully help individuals, leaders and teams unlock their full potential, manage life transitions, leadership challenges, navigate change and find genuine fulfillment.
For 30 years, I have been a part of leadership teams at Fortune 500 companies, boutique companies, philanthropic organizations, and community service agencies. My experiences in change management, strategy and innovation, disciplined decisions, leading and managing complex teams and program portfolios have informed my approach and ability to design and create.
Six years ago, I attended a “Discover Your Strengths Workshop” where I watched myself and team members transform into their strengths zone. I decided in that moment to get certified Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, wanting to help people and teams accomplish great things by uncovering their unique talents to achieve their goals. My work is rooted in building trust, fostering open communication, and facilitating impactful relationships.
