COACHING CLIENT’S COMMITMENT:

  • To build rapport with your coach and to see change, an initial commitment of 6+ coaching sessions.
  • Packages are designed based on individual needs.
  • Individual (one-on-one) coaching sessions are 50 minutes in length.  Coaching sessions are typically scheduled 1-2 weeks apart.
  • Mutual commitment will reach the best results.
